The location was superb with easy access to the tram stop and close to many attractions. The service was top-notch, especially the manager who was very helpful. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right at Cavill Avenue tram stop and in the heart of Surfers Paradise. My room had the most incredible water views over the Gold Coast canals, making my stay even more special. The only downside was the lack of a proper blanket, just a sheet provided.
